Flushcontrol 1000: new 0.5-l urinal flush system

München/Ratingen. The urinals in the Keramag Renova Nr. 1 Plan range can now be equipped with the new electronic flush system Flushcontrol 1000, which reduces water consumption during flushing to 0.5 l per flush. Flushcontrol 500/500N, the previous version, already set standards for resource-saving operation of public and commercial toilet facilities.
The new Flushcontrol 1000 enables water consumption and costs to be halved again. This significant reduction has been made possible thanks to innovative suction technology. The suction device has been redesigned to optimise the flow. The compact inlet with integrated magnetic valve and the electronics, which are installed directly on the valve block, have also been redeveloped.
The new urinal flush system is available in a battery-operated or 230-V mains-operated version depending on requirements. The touch-free flush is triggered automatically after the urinal is used thanks to multi-parameter sensors. The system is completely encased in ceramic and cannot be seen by users, which provides comprehensive protection against vandalism. The complete urinal unit can also be installed directly on tiles without the use of special front wall elements. The extensive pre-assembly process ensures speedy installation.
The frequency of the flush can be tailored to suit the area of application and requirements. The integrated ‘stadium flush’, for example, ensures that highly frequented facilities are automatically flushed once a minute if the urinal is used five times within three minutes. The intelligent hygienic flush will also monitor breaks in usage or holiday times by setting itself to three-day flush mode if the facility is not used for two days. The hygienic flush can also be switched off completely if required by pressing a button. The flush-stop function for cleaning purposes allows for thorough cleaning – even if soaking time is required. The overflow protection prevents the flush being triggered if the discharge pipe is blocked. The 0.5-l flush volume provides unrivalled cleanliness, hygiene and eliminates smells while considerably reducing operating costs.
