Xeno: new furniture for high demands
Updating of current bathroom range / German trade fair premiere at SHK ESSEN / Reduced design language with direct connection of furniture elements to ceramic items / Vanity units, tall cabinets and illuminated mirror /
Essen/Ratingen. The successful bathroom range Xeno by Keramag has been updated to include a modern and attractive furniture series. The new range was presented to the German sanitary specialists for the first time at SHK ESSEN.
The range’s dominant design characteristics include its reduced design language and the direct connection of the furniture elements to the ceramic items. To provide an overall harmonious feel, there are no visible handles; the drawers and doors are opened using integrated handles. This was made possible by a 45o construction that dominates the design. Standard fixtures and fittings for the high-gloss, high-quality furniture include compartments in the drawers which are particularly popular with builders and renovators because of their organisational function. The vanity units and tall cabinets will be available in white and anthracite from April 2010.
All existing Xeno washbasins in the sizes 600, 900 and 1,200 cm can be combined with the new vanity units. Furthermore, the washbasin range has been expanded and now also includes a 400-mm-wide hand-rinse basin, which is available with left-hand or right-hand tap hole. Keramag also offers a matching vanity unit especially for guest WCs.
The range is completed by new tall cabinets (1,700 × 400 × 300 mm) and puristic illuminated mirror elements. These mirror elements are available in four different sizes and can be combined with all washbasin sizes, as well as the hand-rinse basin.
